After 2 years, on Wednesday 29 June we are returning post COVID to our annual summer mock interview programme, where members of ECBG suppport students at Bishop Laney Sixth Form in practicing and honing interview technique in the breathtaking surroundings of Ely Cathedral. This is such a valuable exercise for local students and research shows that this kind of activity improves not only their performance in interview but also in achievement.
We are looking for 39 interviewers. Each interviewer would lead 4 different interviews and the students will have 2 different interview experiences followed by feedback. We will provide a full programme, briefing notes and lunch!
